Vintage ca. 1890’s gallon sized glazed heavy stoneware advertising jug made by and stamped J. Fisher, Lyons, NY w/ “H.W. O’Brien & Co., 122 Seneca St., Buffalo, N.Y.” cobalt advertising script lettering (note: this Co. was a wine and liquor importer and liquor wholesaler). Excellent overall, w/ exception of a couple non-detracting early chips at underside bottom edge (mfg. imperfections?).
