Scarce, very early hand-soldered tin litho oil can for "High Grade Automobile Oil" (Independent Oil Co., Mansfield, OH) featuring wonderful, finely detailed graphic images of early car (same image both sides). Display side is pretty respectable and displays nicely on shelf, w/ strong color and a decent overall look, w/ a few dents, stains and some early wear; backside has heavy staining, and some pretty substantial wear (front C. 7.5; back fair to poor). As found, should improve some w/ a good cleaning.
