Beautiful, early, heavy ceramic stoneware soda fountain syrup dispenser for Howel's Cherry Julep, complete w/ its original marked ball pump. Ceramic base is clean, bright and very attractive, w/ a little non-detracting, very minor background wear on upper surface (basically a very strong C. 8++), w/ some color wear at top in area touching and under pump. Pump excellent, although mechanism is frozen.
