Early lever operated mechanical countertop cigar cutter. Has metal body and wooden base, w/ glass covered paper label inside. Displays quite nicely overall (basically as a C. 8/+), w/ exception of some faint, non-offensive fine oxidized speckling on metal body, w/ a few finish wear spots to nickel plating on the top pushdown lever bar.
