Beautiful, very early paper litho roll-down sign for Cocoanut Mfg. Co.'s (New York, NY) "Metropolitan" brand crystallized cocoanut featuring beautiful multicolor graphics complete w/ original metal strips by Mayer, Merkel, Ottmann Lithographers, NY (note: this lithographer operated under this name from 1874-1885). Clean, bright and very attractive (a strong C. 8++ overall) w/ non-detracting minor conservation along outer right margin edge. Framed.
