Nice, early ceramic advertising soda fountain syrup dispenser for Buckeye brand root beer, w/ nice repeating elfin figures all around. Clean, bright and very attractive appearance, w/ a few small chips on bottom backside rim edge (original pump; mechanism frozen up).
