Scarce, small, early, die-cut tin litho countertop display rack for the oversized Tootsie Rolls 5 cent sized candy rolls. Clean, bright and very attractive (basically a strong C. 8/+ overall), w/ exception of a little non-offensive minor darkening and speckling on outer right side edge panel and minor soil spot in bottom middle background section (H. D. Beach Co. lithographers).
